I call this Spring Pocket Letter Pal

Spring Has Sprung.... Pocket Letter Pal...

I used different colors of Embossing powder and Embossing Tinsels... They really sparkle in person.  And also used my Sunflower Sparkle spray on the watercolor paper.  Color Bursts. :-)
