This is the tag that I made for Velma's Tag Swap for Sept.  I just can't believe how fast summer has gone.  Hubby will be celebrating his B-day at the end of this month.  Okay, here goes the tag...

I had fun making these for the swap. Had just enough grape charms and wine glass charms.
